Bring me in to talk to your people.
I give inspirational-instructional talks to leadership teams about the Ten Modes of Elevated Leadership. These talks can be simply inspirational or also move into practical application to your team’s current challenges. I also give inspirational talks to larger groups. The focus is on looking for God so closely that we go where He goes.
What I speak on.
Each talk is customized to your audience. Who is in the room? What are they wrestling with? What the outcomes are that you are looking for? I shape the talk around those things… and around what I hear from the Lord in prayer.
Working with God, not just for Him
The talk the practice is named after. Why faith-driven leaders plateau, what changes when the conversation moves inside the decision, and what that looks like on a Tuesday afternoon.
The Ten Modes of Elevated Leadership
The framework from the book: what a leadership mode is, why agility between modes beats mastery of any one, and how to tell which mode a decision is asking for.
The Chief’s Executive Officer
A leadership identity talk. Trading burnout and self-reliance for grounded, divine confidence, without becoming less rigorous about the numbers.
Organizational health for faith-led teams
Drawn from years of consulting: aligning values, strategy and culture so a team stops working against itself. Workshop or keynote format.

Half or full day, interactive, built around the decisions your people are actually carrying.
Panel
Moderated or as a panelist. Most recently on “Jesus in the Marketplace” in Vienna, VA.
Team session
In-house, for a leadership team that needs to work through something specific together.
Heard elsewhere.
Conversations I have been invited into, if you would rather hear me than read about me.
Tell me about your event.
Describe the audience, the date and what you want them to walk out with. If I am not the right speaker for it, I will say so and try to point you at someone who is.
