It all started when Eliyahu was eight years old.
In a moment of revelation (that he's happy to share), the Ancient of Days infused him with a unique, out-of-the-box knack for noticing the deep details of how people relate to themselves, each other, and to Him. That encounter set him on a lifelong quest to help us live and lead from the largest perspective.
Today, Eliyahu serves as an executive coach, group facilitator, and leadership consultant using the Working With God method, helping leaders step into their true calling as the "CHIEF'S Executive Officer"—reframing leadership so you’re working with God, not just for Him.
His perspective is seasoned by a cross-sectoral career spanning social work, corporate environments, small business ownership, and academia. Whether drawing from his doctoral research on organizational culture, his experience as a small business owner, his past as a therapist, or the transformational services of his organizational consultancy Reframed Reality, Eliyahu’s goal is to bring leaders more ease, power, and the ability to deliver better results.
As the author of Working with God: The Ten Modes of Elevated Leadership, Eliyahu offers a practical, prayerful method for discerning divine direction amidst the noise of the marketplace. He brings a unique blend of depth, warmth, wisdom and humor to every conversation, helping you find the "mystery revealed" in your daily work.
What people say about Eliyahu
These organizations reflect Dr. Lotzar's professional background.
"The sessions have been incredibly useful for me. Both of the books and your coaching are becoming part of my vernacular... not just at work but even personally with my family."
Sue Marchese, Managing Director, Strategic Communications and External Affairs, AIHA
"I really want to thank you. You were an extremely strong thought partner and facilitator of our process, went way beyond the call of duty throughout the entire process to ensure you were meeting our organization’s needs, and were exactly what I think our organization needed. I greatly appreciated you bringing the much needed structure, expertise, and tools we needed to organize or work, but at the same time the flexibility and adaptability to make sure the process took within the PHF culture. I think that took a lot of threading the needle at PHF. I know we aren’t the easiest bunch to work with, and our org is somewhat unique, but I appreciated your passion, energy, dedication, and sense of humor that you brought to our work every day."
Michael Barry, CAE, Vice President, Organizational Development and Partnerships, PHF
"That was outstanding! I think the audience got, and will get, a tremendous amount of value from today’."
John Jacobs, Principal, Broadreach SMI
